Our Staff

RAGH is an auditors and business consultants’ firm with more than fifteen (15) years of experience and has a staff of twenty (20) collaborators. A summary of some profiles, is as follows:

  • Ramón González Partner Director

    Founder and Partner of RAGH. Degree in Accounting from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) and Post Graduate in Tax Accounting from the aforementioned University, Certified in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Certified in International Auditing Standards (ISA), Certified in Anti-Fraud Forensic Auditing (AFA). Ramón has kept himself updated through his participation in multiple national and international diploma courses, congresses and conferences.

    Ramón has more than twenty-five (25) years of experience with continuous practice in the areas of external audit, internal audit, taxes, Accounting and Financial and Process Consulting, providing services in the sectors of Telecommunications, Finance, Construction and Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, Maritime and Land Transportation, Fuels, Agriculture, Cooperatives, Non-Profit Organizations, Projects Financed by Multilateral Organisms, Health, Public Institutions, Hospitality, Renewable Energy, among others.

    In addition, he is Board member of IAPA International and Regional President of Latin America, of the Institute of Accountants of the Dominican Republic (ICPARD), National and International Institute of Internal Auditors, National Council of Tax Consultants (CONACI), International School of Auditing and IFRS. He is a professional instructor and has been Professor for more than 10 years.

  • Carmen Rosa Dotel, Administrative Partner

    Founder and Partner of RAGH. Carmen has been an administrative partner since 2009. She holds a degree in Accounting from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) and a Master's degree in Management Accounting and Comprehensive Auditing from the Pedro Henríquez Ureña University (UNPHU). Carmen keeps herself up to date through local and international courses and conferences. She has more than 20 years of experience in Accounting, Taxes, Administration and Writing Technical Reports for various companies.

    Carmen highlights her professional practice in Tax-Financial Planning and Management for compliance in the preparation and timely presentation of local tax returns; as well as financial statements, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the tax laws in force in the Dominican Republic.

  • Leonel Díaz, Audit Manager

    He holds a degree in Accounting from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) and a Master's Degree in Internal Auditing from the same University, with Diplomas in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Auditing Standards (ISA), Risk-Based Internal Auditing, Management and Administrative Accounting, Leadership and Personnel Supervision, who has more than ten (10) years of experience in Auditing, Accounting and Review and inspection of accounting systems, acquired through his time at several international auditing firms and companies in different fields.

    Leonel is an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the Dominican Republic (ICPARD), who also has extensive experience in the preparation of technical reports, management of Auditing and Data Analysis Software, Microsoft Office to provide the highest quality standard service to clients.

  • Miguel Valenzuela, Technology and Consulting Manager

    Miguel is a Computer Systems Engineer from Action Pro Education and Culture University (UNAPEC) and a Consultant, with more than 20 years of extensive experience and a constant commitment to updating his knowledge. His field includes the programming and implementation of computer systems, computer networks, database structures, information systems auditing and cybersecurity. In addition, he has experience in the use of specialized tools for data stratification and analysis.

    Miguel also has certification in ISO 9001 Internal Quality Audit and is a specialist in merchandise and fixed asset inventories. He has extensive knowledge in the preparation of impact reports for decision-making, evaluation and automation of processes, as well as in the design and implementation of risk-based policies and procedures.

  • Elizabet Dotel Pérez, Administrative Manager

    She has a degree in Computer Science from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) and has more than 19 years of experience in administrative areas. Throughout her career, she has developed solid skills in managing administrative tasks, organizing projects, and managing information systems.

    She keeps herself updated through workshops and diplomas, which has allowed her to integrate technical knowledge and optimize administrative processes, through the use of digital tools. Her ability to work in a team has been key to providing efficient support in the different projects and activities in which she has been involved.

  • Reydin Díaz, Tax Supervisor

    He has a degree in Accounting from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Taxes at the same University, with Diplomas in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Tax Auditing, who has experience in Taxes, Auditing and Accounting, acquired over more than seven (7) years in various auditing firms and companies in different sectors. He also has extensive experience in the preparation and filing of tax returns, report preparation, audit software and Microsoft Office.
